When do I get paid?

Payment leaves the guests’ account as soon as the booking request is confirmed. Then, one working day after check-in (except weekends and holidays), the money is transferred to your account.

Please note: it may take between three and five working days until you receive the money. For example, when a guest checks in on a Friday, we transfer the money on the Monday after check-in. The money should be credited to your account by the following Friday.
