What do I do if there is an emergency?

We hope this won’t happen, but you can reach us at any time as a guest or a host by calling our emergency number. This number will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. Note: this number is for urgent matters only, for example not being able to reach your host when you arrive. Please don’t use it for day-to-day questions about 9flats, booking changes or adding extra dates, or use it to replace an emergency call to the police or fire department. All calls will be answered in English.
