What do I do if I cannot get hold of my host on arrival?

If you have agreed a fixed time with your host for arrival but they don’t come and cannot be reached either via email or phone then please get in touch with our customer service. They will try to get in touch with your host and provide you with assistance. 
 
Hint: For special emergencies we have a phone number where you are always able to get in touch with our customer service. You will receive the emergency number separately in your booking confirmation via email. (Please note that this number is mainly staffed by English speaking customer service representatives!)
