Firstly, we can reassure you that a host would only ever cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances. Secondly, be assured that if this does happen, you’ll receive a full refund.
If your host has to cancel your booking they will let you know straight away, and contact our customer services team. We’ll then get in touch with you to discuss next steps, and will send you a cancellation confirmation by email. Even if you know the host needs to cancel your booking, please don’t cancel the booking yourself in your account (or you'll be subject to a 15% cancellation fee). To ensure a full refund, it must be cancelled by the host.
