What is my bookings calendar and how do I manage it?

When a guest looks at your property on 9flats, they can take a look at ‘Availability calendar and prices’ to see if it’s free on the dates they want.

So it’s really important that you keep this up to date. An up-to-date calendar will also mean you can avoid turning down booking requests, and dropping in our ranking. To update your calendar, go to your profile, then click Hosting and then calendar. To make life easier, you can also synchronise your calendar with your other online calendars. Of course, as soon as a guest has a confirmed booking at your place, the calendar will be automatically updated.
